- 50ml Berkshire Botanical Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice, plus a slice of lime
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Fresh raspberries
- Dash of Ginger Ale
Add the Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and 2-3 fresh raspberries to a cocktail shaker. Fill with plenty of cubed ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh cubed ice, using a fine strainer to remove any raspberry seeds. Top up with a dash of ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lime and a raspberry.
