Classic G&T

Ingredients

50ml Berkshire Botanical Dry Gin
150ml Tonic Water (we would recommend Merchant’s Heart or Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water)
Lemon wedge
Small sprig of pine or juniper (optional)

Method

Add the Dry Gin and Tonic Water to a glass filled with cubed ice. Stir gently then top with the lemon wedge and pine or juniper sprig.
