- 50ml Berkshire Botanical Dry Gin
- 150ml Tonic Water (we would recommend Merchant’s Heart or Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water)
- Lemon wedge
- Small sprig of pine or juniper (optional)
Add the Dry Gin and Tonic Water to a glass filled with cubed ice. Stir gently then top with the lemon wedge and pine or juniper sprig.
