
Spruced-Up Collins

Ingredients
- 40ml Berkshire Botanical Dry Gin
- 10ml Italicus Liqueur
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Dash of Soda
- Lemon Wedge
Method
Pour the Dry Gin, Italicus, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add plenty of cubed ice, shake well, and strain into a highball filled with fresh cubed ice. Top with a dash of soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
